Official Contest Rules — All Seasons Cabins at Lac Le Jeune Giveaway 1. Sponsor This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by All Seasons Cabins at Lac Le Jeune (“Sponsor”), located in British Columbia, Canada. 2. Contest Period The Contest begins on January 31, 2026 at 7:00 AM and ends on February 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM (the “Contest Period”). All times are Pacific Time. 3. Eligibility Open to legal residents of British Columbia who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor and their immediate family members (parent, sibling, spouse, or child) or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. 4. How to Enter No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, complete the official online entry form available at www.allseasonscabinresort.com during the Contest Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. 5. Prize One (1) prize consisting of one (1) free night accommodation in a one-bedroom duplex cabin for two (2) adults at All Seasons Cabins Resort at Lac Le Jeune. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $250 CAD. The prize includes one night of accommodation and access to resort amenities. The free night is subject to availability and must be booked and used between March 1 and May 31, 2026. Valid for any night of the week, subject to availability. Transportation, meals, gratuities, and any additional expenses not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize must be accepted as awarded and has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. 6. Winner Selection & Odds One (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period on March 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance. 7. Winner Notification The selected entrant will be contacted via email within two (2) business days following the draw. If the selected entrant does not respond within five (5) business days, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, or is otherwise ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner. 8. General Conditions By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. 9. Publicity & Privacy By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, city of residence, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation. 10. Release & Limitation of Liability By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. 11. Governing Law The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. 12. Winner Information The Winner's first name, initial and home community will be shared on the Sponsor's website once confirmed.
